About NDBC

The Narangba Demons Baseball Club is a family oriented club and we aim to provide an environment where all involved find baseball to be a fun and enjoyable experience. We have teams in all junior age groups right through to our Senior teams. During the off season, the NDBC hosts visiting international teams who play against representative teams from within the Brisbane Regions.

General Information


LL to U16s will be graded into one of two divisions for each age group, and if there is more than 1 team in any division, teams will also be as even as possible.


Training usually starts in late August early September.


It is a requirement for all juniors to attend their grading day so that a fair assessment of their skills can be made and team allocations can be completed.


Some age groups may continue to train in squads to better gauge player abilities before being allocated into equal strength teams.



The baseball season runs from October through to March with a break over Christmas.


We play home and away games on the following schedule:


· U8s participate in Aussie T-ball program on Friday evenings, or Saturday mornings

· All Rookie Ball games are played Saturday morning.

· Little League & U14s play Saturday mornings. U16 & U18s play Saturday afternoons.

· Major A’s play Friday nights and Sundays

· All other seniors play on Sundays


No finals or points are played for in Aussie T-ball and Rookie Ball competition.



What do your fees cover?


Sign on fees only cover approximately 2/3 of the costs of running the club:

These costs include grounds& facilities costs (water, maintenance, mower, repairs etc), insurance and affiliation fees from BQ(Baseball Qld), ABF, & Brisbane North Region, equipment& balls, lights & electricity, trophies, team photos, training clinics for coaches, scorers and umpires, paying specialists to come in and run clinics and administration overheads.


· Sign On Fees are ALL inclusive

· NO Weekly game fees charged.

· Uniform costs are separate.

· Families who anticipate difficulty paying all fees at Sign On must organise a payment plan with the Treasurer. Full payment to be finalised by 1 October of each season.

Players will not be placed in a team until payment is received!
