AGM announcement


June 17th from 6:30pm will be when the AGM is held.

To fall back in line with the constitution ALL Executive Committee positions will be vacated and up for nomination for the following periods-

1. President - 1 year

2. Secretary - 2 years

3. Treasurer - 1 year

4. VP - 2 years

5. Baseball Ops - 1 year

6. Events coordinator - 2 years.

All other positions within the club are also open for nominations including but not limited to -

Grounds coordinator, Grounds crew, canteen coordinator, grants officer, media and marketing, uniforms coordinator, registrar.
